• NTMN Academia-Practitioner Partnership Program: To ensure a talent pipeline of great TM practitioners, university HR programs must start to incorporate TM perspectives and include practical skill building in TM.  The Academia-Practitioner Partnership will develop relationships with either individual academics and/or universities, and create and implement strategies to achieve this goal.
